Carnes Crossroads

In spring of 2013, our team launched Carnes Crossroads, a new 2,000-acre community in Goose Creek, SC, based on the same strategic planning principles and conservative financial modeling that has proven successful on Daniel Island. Just as we oversaw the transformation of Daniel Island into a central destination within the City of Charleston, we are doing the same at Carnes Crossroads, which is developing as a gathering place and central residential and commercial destination for the City of Goose Creek and neighboring Summerville, SC. The first residents moved to Carnes Crossroads in late 2013.
