We provide management and development services for master planned communities.
But our role extends beyond the building of infrastructure, neighborhoods and amenities.
It is the creation of a true and lasting sense of place that yields the greatest dividends for the stakeholders in the communities we help develop.

Our core mission is the creation of authentic and dynamic communities with a unique sense of place that evolve thoughtfully within the historical context of the greater region.

COMMUNITIES

DANIEL ISLAND

DislandDEVCO

Part of the City of Charleston, this 4,000 acre sea island is an award-winning master planned community with neighborhoods, schools, churches and a vibrant downtown with shopping, restaurants and conveniences. The island’s recreational amenities include a private country club with two golf courses, professional tennis and soccer stadiums and more than 400 acres of parks and trails. Daniel Island is home to approximately 15,000 residents and some of Charleston’s top corporations.

CARNES CROSSROADS

CarnsDIDEV

Located in the heart of Charleston’s growth, Carnes Crossroads is a new master planned community that is evolving as a sister community to Daniel Island, offering a similar mix of traditional neighborhoods, parks, a school and church and, soon, a variety of businesses and conveniences. The historic Green Barn, pool and several miles of trails are highlights of the first recreational amenities, and additional parks, trails, lakes and more are under development as the community grows.

CAINHOY

cainhoy

The Cainhoy property, once part of the historic plantation estate of Harry Frank Guggenheim, is a 9,000 acre greenfield site located only 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. This land represents the last remaining large-scale development opportunity in Charleston’s growth corridor. The vision for the property is to create a “complete community” by balancing and blending the beautiful waterfront and natural environment of Cainhoy with the best planning practices of a master-planned “mixed-use” community.
