Point Hope

Our team spearheaded the conceptual planning and permitting process for Point Hope, a new master planned community located within the City of Charleston and convenient to Daniel Island, Mount Pleasant and I-526. In August 2020 we opened The Hub, the community’s information center, and began marketing the first single-family homes from three independent builders.

Point Hope is designed to incorporate homes, trails, bikeways, parks, shopping and conveniences amidst a stunning Lowcountry setting. Residents will enjoy a wide variety of amenities, some of which are already in place, including three highly regarded new Berkeley County schools and a Publix-anchored shopping center.
